Weekly online classes in German or English (on demand):

My weekly Yoga classes will be live-streaming classes via skype on monday and wednesday from 19-20 pm. I will send you the link right before the class, so you don’t need an account on skype.

You’ll receive personal guidance throughout the class, with feedback to help you practice yoga safely and develop your technique and skills over time. With professional guidance you’ll be better able to release tension in your body and mind, develop an inner calm, and bring balance into your life.

As a social worker and systemic counselor with a specialization in trauma-pedagogics I have many years of experience working with people suffering from trauma and substance abuse. From this experience I’ve seen firsthand how past events continue to shape people’s lives, and how much help a guiding hand can provide.

While I primarily teach yoga influenced by Hatha and Vinyasa styles, I see the advantages of other yoga styles and incorporate breathwork and meditation into my lessons.

If you’re feeling down, either from the stress of Post-Pandemic life, or just from the stress of regular life, let me know in the booking notes. We can discuss your options for systemic counseling and see if that is a good fit for you.

In the private lessons I can provide a more tailored experience especially for your needs and demands: I design my classes especially for you! You can ask directly your questions and I can concentrate fully on your alignment, while practicing.
One-on-one lessons help you to find a deeper connection to yourself, as well as your yoga teacher. The personal guidance can help you to release tensions in your body, calm you down and bring balance in your life.

Our world is getting more and more complex every day and sometimes we feel overwhelmed and lost. And especially after the distressing experiences of the pandemic, a lot of people feel lonely, depressed and helpless. The systemic therapy is a type of psychotherapy developed from the family therapy in the United States. In systemic therapy we don’t only concentrate on the individual, but try to find insights into the system around him, his personal relationships, behavior patterns and former life choices, because all of that influences our daily lives. Some behavior patterns, which in the past helped you to survive, are now limiting your future life. Systemic counseling helps you in an empowering way to understand these limiting patterns and impacts on your daily life. It can bring you to a high level of consciousness, help you to acquire self-confidence and make you aware of different perspectives.

In my career as a social worker I decided pretty soon to follow a two-year training as a systemic counselor, in order to gain more self-confidence and to support my clients better. This training provided me with the counseling abilities I was looking for in my work with individuals suffering from traumatic experiences and drug abuse. To specialize even more, I did an online training course in trauma-pedagogics. Of course I use all these capabilities in my counseling.
